Whoops! We've been there before, and it's okay.

Kindly inform us of any changes you wish to make to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this 24-hour period, we will immediately begin working on your order and can no longer change or cancel it. We normally do not stock inventory and only make items as they are ordered, so please act fast. To get the ball rolling quickly, please provide us with:

  1. Your name and email address on the order,
  2. The order number, and
  3. Any changes you wish to make. 

We accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB,
  • Apple Pay, and
  • 4 interest-free installments through our partnership with Klarna

We're online shoppers ourselves and we know how important it is to keep personal information safe, so we've chosen Stripe and Klarna for the secure processing of payments on our site. Shipping & Delivery

Not yet. For now, we only ship within the United States.

If you're not in the U.S. but would really like to get our jewelry where you are, first, thanks for the love! Second, let us know through our contact form, live chat, or directly via email at hello@boandava.com and we’ll see about the possibility of making a special arrangement for you. 

It typically takes us 3 business days to complete orders. Shipping takes an additional 2 to 5 transit days. In total, you can expect to receive your order in around 5 to 8 business days.

If your order seems to be taking longer than usual, don't be shy. Just get in touch with us through our contact form, live chat, or email at hello@boandava.com so we can look into it. 

As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our tracking page.

Order Issues

All our items are made to order just for you, so we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, if there are any quality issues with what we've sent you, don't hesitate to let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. Email us at hello@boandava.com and include the following:

  1. Your name and email address on the order,
  2. The order number, and
  3. Picture(s) of the item you received showing the issue.

Once we've verified this information, we will provide you a replacement under our Happiness Guarantee at no additional cost to you. To avoid any further inconvenience on your end, there is no need for you to send us back the defective item. 

After receiving your returned item, we'll issue you a refund back to the payment method you used for your purchase within 7 business days. Don't worry! We'll make sure to keep you updated on this.

Depending on your bank, it may take 1 to 3 days for the funds to show up. If it seems to be taking unusually long, get in touch with us through our contact form, live chat, or email at hello@boandava.com so we can follow it up with our payment provider, Stripe.
